- Medical store have to responds all stock request within timeline.
- Elixir Quest also reserves right to cancel membership of any individual who is indulged in any kind of illegal or immoral activities through Elixir Quest.
- Any changes in any of the Govt. Rules/Policies in respect of any services or other things available / provided on Elixir Quest would apply by default.
- Government service tax charges or any other tax/charges would be by default applicable to everyone.
- Elixir Quest reserves right to withdraw or cancel any of the terms & conditions mentioned above and also to amend or add to the same.
B) Advertiser Terms and Conditions:
- Advertiser does not have permission to upload copyrighted content or images to website.
- Advertiser does not have permission to upload stolen content or images.
- Advertiser is responsible to any copyright case because of his/her advertisement.
- Elixir Quest reserves rights to delete any advertise without any prior notice or refund.
- All advertises are non refundable.
- Every advertise reviewed by Elixir Quest support team and Elixir Quest support reserves right to publish or unpublish it.
- Advertiser should be register with Elixir Quest before add or publish advertise.
- Advertiser does not have permission to cancel advertisement after support approval to stop advertise,advertiser can unpublish it.
- Advertise visits or clicks are totally depends on user of websites that"s why Elixir Quest not responsible for number of visits or click with particular time limit.
- Elixir Quest does not guarantee fix sale for any advertiser.
- Advertiser must have to verify their mobile number before upload advertise.
C) Users Terms and Conditions:
- Users are the entity which are going to search medicine,view advertise, send stock request etc.
- Medicines are uploaded by medical stores so Elixir Quest is not responsible for any incorrect name and their availability.
- Elixir Quest is not responsible for any indecent behaviour of medical stores.
- The searched medicine might be not available to medical store, better way please check it by using stock request and then go to stores.
- The nearby store is identified by longitude and latitude, there might be possibility of incorrect result.
- Search Medicine over Elixir Quest is free service for user.
- We collect users mobile numbers and emails to provide them stock details of medicine, it might be used for promotional purpose of Elixir Quest services.
- We does not sale your contact details to any one so it is safe and secure.
- Elixir Quest is not responsible for any fraud of any user, user is solely responsible for it.
